The Department of Experimental and Clinical Medicine may accept funding and grants for scientific projects linked to its specific research lines through the following methods:
The donor may provide appropriate support, including financial contributions, for initiatives, events, or projects of a scientific, educational, research, research-promotional, healthcare, or social nature within clinical and medical sectors.
Sponsorships are operationally designed to eliminate organization costs for the Department while ensuring the optimal success of the project. Concurrently, they offer one or more third parties (sponsors) the opportunity to promote their brand through visibility and alignment with high-profile initiatives.
Sponsorships shall be financial in nature, provided in the form of a monetary contribution.
The sponsorship contract, which will be subsequently drafted to define specific terms and conditions, is a contract for mutual consideration (prestazioni corrispettive), through which the Department grants one or more third parties (sponsors) the opportunity to display and promote their brand.
The Department permits the presence of multiple sponsors, ensuring the concurrent display of each sponsor's logo, trademark, or name on all materials related to the project. Therefore, multiple financial sponsorships are fully permitted, and any request for exclusivity will not be considered.
