Service access forms - Sequencing platform

For services provided in exchange for a user fee, the relevant forms are available for consultation and download in this section, in English.

The competent Representative will provide the user with a detailed estimate of the projected costs based on the agreed-upon service. This estimate must be signed for acceptance by the commissioning party and will serve as the technical annex to the subsequent contract.

Upon acceptance of the cost estimate, the commissioning party will enter into a standard third-party service contract with the Administrative Unit of the Sequencing Platform. A regular invoice will then be issued upon delivery of the agreed-upon work.
