The cell sorting platform consists of:

BD FACSAria™ III Cell Sorter: A flow cytometry sorter equipped with 3 excitation lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, and 633 nm), featuring 4-way sorting into tubes, 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, and 96-well plates, or onto slides—including single-cell sorting—while currently analyzing up to 10 parameters simultaneously.

Sample preparation equipment (as needed): Fume hood, biosafety cabinet (biohazard hood), $CO_2$ incubator (37°C), refrigerators (+4°C and -20°C), and temperature-controlled centrifuges.

Common reagents and materials required for cell sorting, including those for instrument operation and end-of-use cleaning cycles.

Benchtop equipment and disposable plasticware for sample preparation prior to cell sorting.

Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for primary cell sorting applications, as well as the optimization of custom protocols tailored to specific research needs.
