Flow cytometry cell sorting platform

The cell sorting platform consists of:

• BD FACSAria™ III Cell Sorter: A flow cytometry sorter equipped with 3 excitation lasers (405 nm, 488 nm, and 633 nm), featuring 4-way sorting into tubes, 6-, 12-, 24-, 48-, and 96-well plates, or onto slides—including single-cell sorting—while currently analyzing up to 10 parameters simultaneously.
• Sample preparation equipment (as needed): Fume hood, biosafety cabinet (biohazard hood), $CO_2$ incubator (37°C), refrigerators (+4°C and -20°C), and temperature-controlled centrifuges.
• Common reagents and materials required for cell sorting, including those for instrument operation and end-of-use cleaning cycles.
• Benchtop equipment and disposable plasticware for sample preparation prior to cell sorting.
• Standard operating procedures (SOPs) for primary cell sorting applications, as well as the optimization of custom protocols tailored to specific research needs.
• Hardware and software systems for data analysis and processing of .fcs files exported from the acquisition instrument
