IN-FORMA: An Innovative, Functional, and Adaptive Platform to Promote Healthy and Active Aging

Purpose

The core objective of the project is to promote healthy and active aging by distributing expert-curated content via artificial intelligence software, focusing on physical activity, psychological well-being, and nutrition. To this end, the project aims to develop and implement an adaptive digital platform co-created with the active contribution of both healthcare professionals and the participants themselves, who serve as the primary target audience.
